Him and Her….

As his hands mapped the curves on her body,
Untouched, unkissed, unexplored by any being before,
She skirmished with her sensuousness,
The righteousness that had prevailed with her,
Just before this moment,
He slowly tried to moisten her fields,
Rain had barely touched her,
Barren, unkept, unused,
Water eroded her,
Brought floods, upheaval, destroyed her everytime,
She had closed her eyes,
Never before something had touched her,
Without an intention to unravel her,
Only to leave her in pieces thousands and more,
But his touch seemed different,
Or maybe the moment felt a little translucent,
She wanted to be touched,
Not because she needed it,
For long she had lived in a dilemma,
Her needs had been since buried six feet deep,
Her heart wanted it,
So did her mind,
The body allowed him to continue tethering her to himself,
The distance crept between them,
Until an atoms thickness,
Till the union of time and space,
Him too had started to lose his consciousness,
She was too powerful for him,
But he knew he could drive his sails through her storms,
Her needs had started to become his,
Her storms his,
In a way the Sun meets the Earth,
The Horizon turns red,
The stars twinkle,
And the Moon witness of them,
A fusion of two celestials,
An affair of the ages,
A story to be told a million times,
And maybe more,
Her and him,
Him and her,
The story of the day,
Her geography became his art,
Her body his biggest canvas…….

I Need A Muse….

I need a muse,
That lets my mind to a ruse,
Where I laugh and cry and sing and dance,
And see the world through glistering eyes,
The muse can be you,
Can be the one waiting for you,
Or a shadow that walks the planes as me,
I’ll take her to sleep,
To places so deep,
Holding her hands,
Sometimes her precious mouth,
For a kiss so sweet,
The nectar of the divine,
The sensation electric,
In mind she will live,
My words her reality,
Little flowers that grows in orchids,
Oblong, asymmetrical, imperfect,
Like pieces of puzzle in a maze,
I complete her,
And she does me,
I need a muse,
For words need to lay down to sleep…..

Can I Wish..?

I wish you could speak some more,
The movement of your lips,
The rotations of the Earth,
The words fall from your lustrous lips,
Onto these ordinary ears,
Drops of water on the leaves,

I wish you could laugh some more,
The play that unravels,
Cosmic and divine,
My heart stops to beat,
The morning Azaan of the distant priest,

I wish you could sing some more,
The rain water gushes through the meadows,
Rumbling the slumbering stones,
Salvation is what fills them,
Takes them to the oceans,

I wish you could kiss some more,
The moist of the morning,
Refreshing and necessary,
The dreams of the night,
The freedom of tomorrow,

I wish I could wish some more,
These words are an insult,
To the picture of you,
This mind has it all captured,
Infinite and in my wrist,

I wish to stop,
This landslide of emotions,
Gravity has helped its flow,
Incompetent I become,
But you already know it all…….

Hopeless Romantics

The night was young,
So were they,
Out of the few mundane, lonely nights,
They decided to venture out,
In the wild,
Where they had heard that,
The predators roam in hides of beauty,
Hush Now, Watch your steps,
They had told themselves,
Every time someone tried to come closer,
What may become of me,
They would say to themselves,
What if a monster lurks in the dark of the night,
They crawled into the blaring lights,
Only to shy away from all the glory,
A quick glance across the gala,
They saw each other,
A coincidence in million years,
Some would say,
A war was waged between the heart and the mind,
Something had changed,
They began to close the distance between them,
A quick handshake at first,
Glasses clinged the next,
Escape into the wild seemed a better choice,
And they took off to the places,
Where silence met the sound,
The stars danced in passion,
The Moon smiled at the Earth,
They talked and listened,
And laughed and cried,
A soul recognises another by the sensation,
Celestial and Ethereal,
The stars sometimes nod in approval,
The Moon hears their laughs and cries,
And a love story is born,
It isn’t that complex,
Not even complicated as such,
What is meant to be will find a way,
We hopeless romantics tell to ourselves…….

I cannot write…

I write not because I love you,
Love had changed forms,
The day my eyes fixated on you,

I write not because your eyes give me peace,
For peace was lost,
The kohl in your eyes speaks volumes,

I write not because your voice races my heart,
Music, symphony and notes,
Blood in my veins turns to the hue of your skin,

I write not because your breath gives me hope,
The sun over my sky turns golden,
The warmth of your breath in my ears,

I write not because I care,
I am a shadow among the earthlings,
Bringing you flowers is my biggest joy,

So why do I write,
When you become blurry by the day,
Am I losing consciousness?

The distance of the stars,
The Milky Way and the Andromeda,
Witness this disgrace,

As I try to dissolve into oblivion,
The words fall off my chest,
Onto this bleeding piece of parchment,

For one last time,
Or maybe more……

The Shine in His Eyes

The winds had murmured in his ears one day,

She’s the one grab her today,

The shy him quickly grew a pair of socks,

And ventured to the unknown lands,

The lands he had always avoided,

The lands he had always feared,

She came like the morning sunshine,

The lands glistened with her shine,

The soil beneath his feet shook,

Run you stupid lad,

Run before she dims away,

And as the boy with all his might,

Ventured into the deepest night,

Followed the path that led to her,

In a hope to be hers forever,

He saw the paparazzi that had followed her as well,

The crowd, the people and their shiny veil,

Maybe she has all that she needs,

The love, the care and all that glare,

What I am is a simple being,

Who has no shoes, no dreams to see,

And as he moved back towards his abode,

Something had caught his hand,

He looked back to see who it was,

There she was standing,

Not the one that had lit the sky,

But had brought a shine in his eyes……

Morning

The Earth had slowly moved,

Days somewhere,

Nights elsewhere,

Commotion someplace,

Serenity everywhere else,

Sunlight slowly grazed upon the motionless earth,

Moonlight over the back,

The golden light had fell over her heavenly eyes,

Just like a spotlight over a dark stage,

She glowed like the brightest star,

The ones that could shine through galaxies and time and space,

She opened her eyes,

Good Morning I had said,

A smile had just adorned her face,

Like the ones they write about in novels great,

The ones that are satisfying in their very own ways,

Those that give you the reason to believe that you have everything in the world,

And why wouldn’t it,

She is the star my universe had ever needed,

My end and my beginning……

She fell from the stars….

She fell from the stars,

Right into his life,

Who says miracles dont happen,

An angel loved a man,

For what he was,

And he loved her,

The imperfectly perfect she,

Do forms matter,

Do souls seek each other by physical,

Or is the energy that attracts,

He had always asked,

That day he got answers,

She fell from the stars,

And stayed forever…..

Pieces of mine…..

No one sees the pain within,
The ones that stay in spaces of me,
Come to me, maybe once in a while,
Some pieces of mine are still left to be buried………
